Sarah Walker
Sarah Walker was a BAFTA Breakthrough Brit in 2014 and was chosen for BAFTA Elevate in 2017. She is a writer/director dedicated to telling stories with female leads through her company Underdog Productions which is currently developing the feature films New Year's Kiss and Beautiful Monster and the TV shows Summer Blues and Young Blood.
Her recent directing credits include the high profile TV shows and features A Discovery Of Witches (Sky One/Bad Wolf), Warrior Nun (Netflix), Get Even (Netflix/BBC) and I Am Elizabeth Smart (Lifetime USA) which was nominated for Best TV Movie and Best Actress by The Critic's Choice Awards 2018. Her previous credits include hit British TV shows Dates (Channel 4), Wolfblood (BBC) and The Crash (BBC) which was nominated for Best TV Drama by BAFTA 2013.
Sarah began her career as an independent filmmaker, was show runner on BBC teen drama The Cut and nominated three years in a row by Broadcast Magazine in the 'Best Young Writer' and 'Best Young Director' categories respectively for her short films 420 Seconds Of Love (2002), Almost Strangers (2003) and Soul Boy (2004). She is represented by United Agents and CAA.
