Jeanne Werner
Jeanne Werner is a Luxemburgish actress, working both in theatre and film. She studied acting at the Zurich University of Arts (ZhDK) and works regularly in theatre performances in Switzerland, Germany, Austria and Luxembourg, performing in German, French and English. She played her first major role in the feature film "The Colony" (2015, dir. Florian Gallenberger) alongside Emma Watson and Daniel Brühl. She starred in a major supporting role in Sam Garbarskis "Bye Bye Germany" (2016) which premiered at Berlinale 2017. In 2019 she starred in the international children's movie "Invisible Sue" as the villain. Recently, she played the female lead in Katharina Mihm's "Mär - A German Tale" as well as in the short film "Cru" by David Oesch which premiered at the HollyShorts Film Festival 2019 as well as at the Tribeca Film Festival 2020, where it won the "Student Visionary Award".
