Jilian McLendon
Jilian Elyse McLendon was born on March 30, 1987, to Patricia and Donnie McLendon in Ocala, Fla. Her love of acting started at a young age. In high school, she was dedicated to the theater department and joined the Thespian Society in 2002. In 2009, she started modeling professionally, booking print work for numerous photographers in the Atlanta and Athens area, along with some of the most prestigious hair and make-up artists in the Southeast.
Her recent modeling accomplishments include the covers of FLIPIC Magazine (November 2013) and BINGE Fashion Magazine (June 2011), print for Pretty Posh Boutique, a fashion spread in Heard Magazine and print advertising in both Ebony and Essence Magazine. She is the spokesmodel and pose coach for fashion super collaboration Style Militia.
Since her explosion into film and television, Jilian has been selected for a principle role in the pilot "Rich Brothers," had a recurring feature role as Chloe in Season 4 of AMC's "The Walking Dead" and a lead role in The Great Wall Production's feature film " Love My Country." Her short film experience includes Shut Yo Face Film's "Katie," J.Bird Production's "The First" and Dormtainment TV's YouTube hit "Relationship Screams." She has appeared in commercials for local and national products such as Coca-Cola Freestyle, Pretty Panty and Bronner Bros. 4 Naturals hair products.
Jilian has industrial as well as theater experience and has participated in multiple festival projects including "The First", 72 Hour Film Festival Project "The Tour" and SAG New Media project "Dear Marcus Luke" and several PSAs.
In addition, she has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Georgia in Art Education with an emphasis in painting and drawing.
