Cantrell Harris
Born and raised in Richmond, Virginia, Cantrell always wanted to be a successful actor. As a young boy, he always imitated family and friends to be the center of attention. He attended and graduated from prestigious Hampton University and moved to Washington, DC to pursue a career in corporate America. He worked several years in corporate America and then realized that it was not for him and decided to realize his childhood dreams of becoming an actor. Cantrell began taking theatre classes in the evenings in DC and shortly thereafter, appeared on the TV movie "Something The Lord Made" alongside Gabrielle Union and Mos Def. This prompted him to move to Los Angeles to officially start his acting career.
Shortly after moving to Los Angeles, Cantrell landed his first role on the "Bold and Beautiful", which led to other roles on various soaps. He began landing small independent film roles and national commercials.
In 2006, Cantrell landed his first prime time network role on the hit series "Scrubs". This role prompted him to start taking classes at the Second City Conservatory in which he honed his improvisation skills. Shortly thereafter, he starred alongside Carlos Mencia in the "Mind of Mencia". His latest role has been on the hit TV series "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia", working alongside Glenn Howerton, Sinbad, and Rob Thomas. Cantrell also has been in over 5 national commercials.
