Carlos Sotelo
Carlos Arnulfo Sotelo was born August 26, 1985. Born and raised in Los Angeles the son of a prominent minister and his mother a Realtor in the San Fernando Valley who is also a minister. His father is originally from Mexico and his mother from Guatemala.
After church on 4th of July of 2017, Sotelo was sitting in a restaurant in Studio City where he was discovered by a film Director/Producer Trey Haley, soon after to his surprise, it happened to be blessing in disguise, as he auditioned, and beat out hundreds of other young men for the role - Miguel of the feature film The Family Business (2017), which is based on The New York Times best-selling author Carl Weber's novel. The film meeting and working on set side to side with Armand Assante (American Gangster), Nick Turturro (The Longest Yard, NYPD Blue), Emilio Rivera (Sons of Anarchy), Miguel Nunez (Scooby-Doo), Clifton Powell (Ray) and Darrin Henson (Soul Food) aboard. They gave him the best tips and pointers, advised him to continue his carrier in acting, which inspired Sotelo to pursue his carrier in Acting.
The continued training, discipline and late night hours of studying, coaching changed Carlos Sotelo's life forever. Those around him were amazed at the positive yet radical change in Carlos and realized he had found his true passion in life. In between his show cases and studying Carlos takes care of his New Born Daughter Carli Grace and helps his mother sell Real Estate.
